ABOUT THOMAS GOLDMAN

Thomas is a Florida licensed attorney working as a sole practitioner in the Law Firm of Thomas W. Goldman, III, PLLC. A member of the Florida Bar since 1995, Thomas earned his law degree from Regent University and a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham. His areas of practice include international law, business law, company administration, and immigration.

Most recently he received a Master of Arts in English from Florida Gulf Coast University, in Fort Myers, FL, where he was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.

Prior to establishing his practice in Florida, Thomas was a partner and managing director of a corporate service provider in the Principality of Monaco. There, he acted as director, company officer, and trustee of over 400 companies, foundations, and trusts in twenty jurisdictions around the world.

During the course of his career, Thomas acted as corporate counsel for an international trading firm in Liverpool, England, the international federation for the summer Olympic sport of modern pentathlon in Monaco, and a yacht registration and corporate structuring firm in Luxembourg and Monaco.
